The Correct Conditions client area will provide secure access to project information, reports, review actions, monitoring dashboards and PIP performance updates.
Client portal roadmap
Correct Conditions will initially deliver reports, recommendations and review updates directly by email or agreed project folders.
As the platform develops, this page will become the secure access point for clients to view project documents, review findings, open actions, ConditionScore updates and PIP monitoring information.
The client area will be built carefully so that project information, commercial documents and client data are only accessible to authorised users.

Access issued design reviews, system health checks, findings reports and close-out documents.

View agreed recommendations, priority actions, open items and improvement status.
ConditionScore
See simple 0–100 system performance scoring as the monitoring and review model develops.
ConditionView
Access dashboards showing temperatures, runtime, starts, faults, COP and trend data where available.

For existing clients
Until the client portal is active, Correct Conditions will continue to issue agreed reports, updates and review documents through the agreed communication route.
